12 BX™ Elite Fitness TestThe 12 BX™ Fitness Formula starts lower and finishes higher than any home fitness program. Take this 6 minute test to determine your present workout regiment's effectiveness. The following scores indicate your fitness level by 12 BX™ standards · 36 to 48 points - Novice Level · 49 to 72 points - Intermediate Level · 73 to 96 points - Advanced Level · 97 to 120 points - Elite Level The Rules1) Pull ups & elbows must lock out at bottom and chin must touch bar at top of each repetition. 2) No lower body kicking or swinging or elliptical pull ups. They must be straight up & straight down. 3) Pushups - Elbows must lock out at top and chin must touch center of pushup bar or the floor at the bottom of the repetition. 4) Each perfect rep counts as one point and every exercise of the 12 has a maximum of 10 reps or 10 points. 5) Each exercise must be performed in the appropriate minutes of the 6 minute test. Eg. Minute one: 41" wide pull ups & 21" decline narrow grip push ups, Minute two: 34" wide pull ups & 21" decline medium grip push ups. 6) Please note for each of the 6 minutes the pull ups for that minute will limit the amount of push ups for same limit. Example, You cannot do 4 pull ups in minute one and then do 10 push ups for that minute. Your maximum score for that minute of push ups will be the 4.
